In my opinion, everyone needs a fabulous dressing recipe. This is my delicious Whole30 Caesar. It’s simple and delicious and can be enjoyed so many ways. Once you have a batch of my Caesar Dressing, use it in all my other Caesar salad-inspired creations, too! I always make a batch at the beginning of the week, so I can eat it every single day. It’s an absolute delicacy that takes no time at all and levels anything you put with it.

As a gal who loves a Magic Elixir and a homemade dressing, I was inspired to create my Whole30 Caesar Dressing. I love it for times when I want a lighter dressing, and it’s the perfect accompaniment to my Mind-Blowing Chicken Caesar Sandwich, Caesar Salad Toast, or my viral Chicken Caesar Wrap. Because there’s already a bit of cheese in these recipes, this Caesar Dressing takes them to the next level. If you’re looking for a cheesier dish, absolutely stir in two tablespoons of finely grated parm into the dressing at the end.

This delicious dressing begins with a homemade mayo, which you make by emulsifying oil and egg. To transform it into my delicious Caesar, simply add the rest of the ingredients: garlic, black pepper, anchovy, a little lemon, and blend! I absolutely adore this recipe and keep it in my refrigerator at all times because it’s the key to so many of my favorite dishes. It’s absolutely spectacular on my Stuffed Baked Potato Caesar with Marinated Red Onions.

The best part of making your own Caesar dressing? Making these recipes of course!

The trick is scooping out the baked potato and tossing it with a little dressing so that every bite is flavorful and delicious. And topping it off with little crispy chicken bites? Forget about it — it’s out of this world.
