I love stories – I’m curious and often want to know more. That’s how nocrumbsleft Table Talks was born. I wanted my daughter Lucy to share her personal story with me, we recorded it, and it was an immediate hit.
Each week, I sit down with someone to talk. It might be a dear friend, or it might be someone I’ve admired and am meeting for the first time. Either way, it’s the kind of conversation we’d have over dinner, and when we sit down at the Cards Against Humanity recording studio, magic happens.
Conversations dive into topics people resonate with; food, mothering, life, birth, death, divorce, work, equality, and are truly about how to live with passion and integrity. We share our quests of figuring out our own best lives, including all the joys and challenges.
We may not have all the answers, but we sure do know which questions to ask. My life moves fast, and these face-to-face interludes are moments that I (and the listeners) savor.
