I love greens in every form, and I use this pan every day to sauté them. I don’t know about you, but the more greens I eat, the better I feel. I’m crazy about the variety, but one of my favorites is red chard, sautéed in coconut oil then finished with a healthy concoction of 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, ¼ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp garlic powder and a splash of coconut oil. It’s a lovely way to finish off any green. What’s your favorite way to make them ?
