Simple Stir Fry with Beef
This simple stir fry with beef is so quick and easy but totally delicious. It’s perfect for a weeknight meal on a busy night.

A Note From Teri on Stir Fry with Beef
This stir fry with beef is my ideal kind of weeknight eating. It feels indulgent but also makes you feel amazing when you eat it. Steak can often be an expensive cut, but flat iron is basically my hack for more affordable but totally tender beef. What’s also so wonderful about the flat iron is that it is also more forgiving. It lends itself to pan frying, and even if you leave it on a minute too long, the result is still a beautifully juicy steak.
With a couple of vegetables, a simple stir fry infuser, and your flat iron steak, you’ll have dinner in no time. My Stir Fry Infuser Magic Elixir is the key to the most flavorful dish. You could even make this ahead of time to make dinner time even easier. Pair it with some rice or cauliflower rice and enjoy.

How to Make Stir Fry With Beef

Step One: Make Infuser and Cook Beef
Take the steak out of the fridge and pat it dry. Season the steak on both sides with salt and let it sit for 30 minutes at room temperature. In a medium bowl, mix the coconut aminos, vinegar, hot sauce, ginger juice, and garlic until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
In a sauté pan over medium high heat, heat up olive oil. Cook the steak until browned and crispy on one side, about 4 minutes. Flip and continue to cook until the other side is golden brown, another 4 minutes for medium-rare. If you like your meat more done, do an extra minute per side. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest.

Step Two: Cook Vegetables
Into the same pan you cooked the steak in, still over medium-high heat, add the broccolini, bell peppers and half of the green onions and season with salt. Cook for about 1 ½ minutes, until vegetables soften. Add the garlic and the sesame seeds, stir to combine and cook for about 30 seconds. Add 4 tablespoons of the stir fry infuser and black pepper and stir to combine. Turn off heat.

Step Three: Assemble Stir Fry
Thinly slice or cube the Flat Iron Steak. Place the steak on top of the sautéed vegetables and top off with more sesame seeds. Serve over a bed of rice, cauliflower rice, or your favorite gluten-free noodle, with extra stir-fry infuser alongside. Garnish with additional sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Storage and Reheating
Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for up to three days. To reheat, place the stir fry with beef on the stove and gently heat until warmed through.
Store the leftover stir fry infuser in the refrigerator and use it in your everyday cooking. Splash it over some rice, sprinkle it over vegetables – I even like it on top of a hamburger!
