Smoky Paprika Tomato Pasta

What do I do with that well labeled stuff in my freezer? For this quick and delicious pasta, I used a pint of my oven roasted tomatoes, a pint of Teri’s special smoky paprika tomato sauce, and a half pint of chicken jus. In a time crunch, use canned tomatoes. My favorite are the Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes. It’s a perfect example of how I fix an amazing dinner in minutes. I mixed the pasta with a tiny bit of the pasta water, tossed it all together with some salt, pepper and grated parmesan and my family was beyond thrilled.
