Succulent Chicken Stew
This chicken stew is such a favorite for me that I daydream about it, making it frequently, just a bit different each time. No matter how much I make of this, it is always gone within 24 hours. Neighbors and friends can smell this stew simmering invitingly from the sidewalk outside! I love making this on Whole30 too – so easy with compliant chicken stock and fat for cooking. The neighbors don’t even know they are eating Whole30!
This sounds good! It’s pretty similar to a recipe I posted for Chicken Provencial. If you’re interested you can find me at https://insidekelskitchen.wordpress.com. Have a great day!!!
Thanks, Kelly! I absolutely love this Chicken Stew and so does my family!
Pingback: Preserved Lemons – Inspiration for Everyday Food Made Marvelous
Made this for dinner tonight–it was wonderful. My husband ate two helpings, saying “that was amazing” in a very satisfied way when he was finished. Since I discovered your website 10 days ago, I’ve made the marinated onions three times, using them on green salads, leftover pork roast, scrambled eggs, and on chopped on top of deviled eggs. Your tomato confit rescued two pints of tasteless cherry tomatoes and made an excellent sauce for roasted pork loin roast leftovers. Your dinner salads are inspired; the horseradish dressing and marinated onions were fabulous on a Sunday night green salad with leftover flank steak. Thanks for all the meal inspiration while we are quarantined.
