Shrimp and Sausage Skewers
As a gal who likes to grill 365 days a year, this kind of dish makes me pretty happy. Use deveined shrimp in the shell (leaving it in the shell makes the shrimp more succulent). The combination with the beef sausage is spectacular, but you can use any sausage you like. By the way, while I prefer mine on the grill, you can easily make yours in the oven. The leftovers are divine in a lunch to go. This is so beautifully paired with my Smoky Red Pepper Sauce.
