Paleo Chocolate Dipping Sauce
- 3–1/2 Tbsp unsweetened 100% dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 1/2 Tbsp raw honey
- 4 Tbsp full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Melt the chopped dark chocolate using a double boiler over simmering water. After the chocolate has melted, stir in the raw cacao powder and mix well until dissolved. Then add the honey, coconut milk and vanilla extract and stir to combine. If you like a thinner sauce, add more coconut milk.
This is delicious served with cut up fresh fruit like strawberries, bananas and berries.
