A Note From Teri On The Best Lobster Recipes
There is something so luxuriously special about enjoying lobster. It is truly a special occasion dish. Typically I don’t make lobster for a large gathering, but if I’m celebrating with Roy or a small group of four, I lean toward lobster. Enjoying lobster with your guests creates fond, lifelong memories.

Yes lobster is decadent and often too expensive but I have a great tip for you: You can often get an exceptionally great price on lobster tails at your local grocery store’s frozen section. I was shocked to find out my grocer had $6 mini lobster tails! And by the way, my lobster recipes can also be done using shrimp instead of lobster, and it’s just as delicious.
Lobster Cobb Salad
This Lobster Cobb is the perfect dish to serve for company because you can do almost everything in advance and just assemble when you are ready to enjoy. Indulgent lobster, bacon, and jammy eggs are perfectly met with a light vinaigrette, crunchy, fresh cucumbers, and crisp greens. You’ll definitely be wanting seconds!
Lobster Nachos

Lobster nachos make a wonderful Saturday afternoon lunch. The combination of sumptuous elements and satisfying crunch never fails to delight! I created this masterpiece after finding inspiration on a trip to Utah. I came home and immediately got to work! Layers of crunchy tortilla chips, smooth cheese sauce, buttery lobster, and toppings galore make for an exceptionally fun eating experience.
Lobster Loaded Baked Potato
This is one of those mouth-watering dishes you stay up thinking about long after eating it. This Lobster Loaded Baked Potato came about one day when I was dreaming up ways to make an incredible cheesy baked potato even better. The ultimate more-is-more meal, this Lobster Loaded Baked Potato is utterly heavenly. This Instagram-exclusive recipe is a slam dunk! Ultimate decadence achieved, and quite easy to put together.
Celebration Seafood Pasta
This is a lovely lobster recipe from my cookbook is one of my favorite ways to celebrate with my family and friends! You may have watched me make it for my nocrumbsleft team at my cabin on Instagram. Everyone loves it! Lily, who works at nocrumbsleft and is my September’s ultimate best friend, loved it so much growing up that we still secretly call it the “Lily Pasta.” It’s full of flavor with hot, juicy cherry tomatoes, butter, parmesan, and fresh herbs all perfectly coating the pasta and lobster meat. You can really taste the love in this dish! I
Lobster Rolls
I absolutely love Lobster Rolls but had always been a little intimidated to make one myself. Now that I’ve done it, I have to say they’re not hard at all! I poached my lobster meat in boiling water and aromatics and after giving it a rough chop, I tossed it with mayonnaise, celery, and onions. And voila, Lobster Rolls are ready for assembly! I made mine using Canyon Bakehouse‘s Sub Rolls toasted with a little butter. I have to say that these are completely delicious! Incredibly fun for a summertime meal, this lobster recipe is sure to impress all your guests. We shared more about these rolls–and the wonderful dinner party details–on my Substack, so be sure to check it out and see my table as well as the entire dinner menu.
