Ingredients

  • Cara cara oranges 
  • Ruby red grapefruit 
  • Meyer lemon 
  • Navel oranges 
  • Blood oranges
  • Clementines 
  • Pomegranate Seeds 
  • Pistachio pesto MAGIC ELIXIRS 
  • Beef Salami 
  • California almonds 
  • Marinated Onions MAGIC ELIXIRS 
  • Feta cheese (in brine) 
  • Avocados, sliced 
  • Gluten-free crackers (or your favorite crackers) 

Instructions

Peel and slice the citrus fruits to your liking. I always like to do a “supreme” cut — here’s how you do it: 

Peel the fruit, make sure to remove all of the pithy parts.  

Next, cradle the fruit in the palm of your hand (or place gently on a cutting board) and with a knife, start cutting the section gently to the center along the natural seam of the membrane.   

Then, the section should come out easily from between the membranes.

In small bowls, place the pomegranate seeds, pesto, almonds, and Feta cheese.
