Bring on the New Year! There’s nothing like January to restart your personal program. I look at it as a time to recommit to focusing on my health and recipes that are healthy. Here is my own personal guide to how I recommit to my health, a little inspiration for kicking off the New Year.

Eating delicious recipes that are healthy, intermittent fasting, green juices, using my red light, getting plenty of hydration, finishing eating by 6 pm, enjoying 20 minutes of intentional daily movement, cooking more, and setting small attainable goals are the basics.

If you are shopping for a juicer or a red light of your own, I have coupon codes for the ones that I own and love that you can use to receive a discount on your order. Swipe up to get the codes!

It’s been fun to compile some of our favorite restart recipes from the blog, including some Whole30 winners. We have a great, comprehensive list of recipes that are healthy and delicious because here’s the thing: even when you’re doing a restart, you can totally enjoy your food!

I believe in making change joyful and feeling a sense of abundance, so let’s bring that attitude forward into the New Year. There’s no need to feel deprived; you want to feel satiated, not hungry. Let’s enjoy it together.
