Bring on the New Year! There’s nothing like January to restart your personal program. I look at it as a time to recommit to focusing on my health and recipes that are healthy. Here is my own personal guide to how I recommit to my health, a little inspiration for kicking off the New Year.
Eating delicious recipes that are healthy, intermittent fasting, green juices, using my red light, getting plenty of hydration, finishing eating by 6 pm, enjoying 20 minutes of intentional daily movement, cooking more, and setting small attainable goals are the basics.
