This recipe for green juice combined with intermittent fasting changed my life and I’m willing to bet it will change yours too!
Ingredients
- 1-2 bunches celery including leaves
- 2 pieces of kale or cabbage or collard, optional
- 1 apple
- 1 peeled lemon (peeled to remove bitterness)
- 1 bunch parsley
Instructions
Run all of the ingredients through a cold press juicer into a pitcher. Stir to combine, then enjoy immediately,
