I’ve got lots of different Cobb Salads on the blog. I even have a fabulous recipe for the Whole30 Cobb Salad Sandwich pictured above. I love that there are endless ways to make a delicious salad. Let’s start out with what might be arguably the best version: a Classic Cobb Salad.
This version combines a symphony of flavors and textures. Gather your crispy lettuce, cucumbers, sizzling bacon, avocado, jammy eggs, chicken, Marinated Red Onions, and briny olives.
Whether you’re making a Vegan Cobb, a Seafood Cobb with Lobster, or a summer favorite like my Strawberry Cobb, always start with fabulous greens and build from there. One ingredient I love to add to almost every Cobb salad is my Jammy Eggs. They take a little finesse but are a great addition to any salad.
