A Creamy Garlicky Salad Dressing With The Best California Olives

Thousands of people are already making and loving my Creamy Garlic Olive Dressing Magic Elixir, and once you make it, you will see why it’s on repeat in so many kitchens. When I created this next-level Magic Elixir, I wanted to come up with a dressing that was exceptionally flavorful and super creamy, and both the dairy and the non-dairy versions of this Creamy Garlic Olive Dressing have been a huge success!

The olives happen to be quite mild, so they’re absolutely perfect for this recipe. We made two versions, one with dairy and one Whole30 version, so that everyone can enjoy this lusciousness. Both versions are equally delicious and full of flavor. It’s so many people’s favorite Magic Elixir! You’ll want to make it again and again.

It’s great on a salad, steak, or chicken, or even as a dipping sauce! Plus, you know how much I love supporting local farmers. I am thrilled to use California Grown Olives for this recipe because I love them so much.

You can make this garlicky dressing with either black or green olives, because they’re practically the same. Black olives are just left longer on the tree to mature. There isn’t a huge difference in flavor, so I just use whichever I have on hand.

Prep the ingredients for the dressing.

Start by adding mayo to the jar.

Add the parsley to the mayo.

Add the garlic to the dressing.

Add the rest of the ingredients to the jar & blend.

Once the dressing is fully blended, it is ready to serve! Enjoy!
