I’m so happy that summer is finally here, and I have a spectacular idea for you to enjoy during the upcoming long weekend. Old School S’mores are pretty much a winner for everybody, and here I’ve topped it with Icelandic Provisions Cold Brew Skyr. This may just be my very favorite flavor–it’s in their new Krimi line, and it is super luscious. I love this treat, which is a little like breakfast and coffee at any time of day! I can’t wait for you to try this new spin on a time-honored summer treat.

Ingredients

Jumbo Marshmallows

Graham crackers

Chocolate squares (we used Hershey’s Chocolate)

Icelandic Provisions Cold Brew Krimi 

Instructions

Toast your marshmallows over a flame.

Assemble the S’mores starting with graham crackers, then chocolate, then the toasty marshmallow, then top with another graham cracker square. 

Top with Icelandic Provisions Cold Brew Krimi Skyr.
