    Teri! You’re my favorite whole30 takeover chef. I make heroine chicken every week, and we’re never without your magic onions. 😍 I started the whole30 on Monday. Using your recipes makes it fun and easy! Yum yum and Happy New Year!

  13. I just got back from vacay and starting whole 30 on Monday.. Have to grocery shop 😊 can’t wait to see your creations

  14. Day 3 & I am feeling satisfied. Cashed in another round of marinated onions & ready to pickle some veggies tonight.

  15. I started this round of W30 on the 1st. Doing low FODMAP, so no foods that fit that category. Hint – there is a lot that are no nos that are my usual go to foods. Ex garlic, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, apples, pears, snap peas, celery,…and plenty more.

Teri, I am just smitten with you ever since I discovered you on IG a few months ago… love watching your stories, “let’s go!” I’ve done a few whole30’s in the past but convinced my husband to join me this time…and making it a more permanent lifestyle for us. thank you for your inspiration and WONDERFUL recipes.

    Our whole family is starting on Monday. My picky eaters included! So this will be an experience. I did 2 rounds on my own, but I’ll be completely honest, I’m terrified to do it with the whole family!

  33. Hi Teri- I enjoy watching your videos on IG. My husband I started our 2nd round of Whole 30 on the 2nd. I’m combining it with working out every day and so far I feel completely satisfied and I’m already starting to shed the holiday weight gain. I’m looking forward to trying more new recipes courtesy of No Crumbs Left!

  40. Soooo happy you came into my life ~ right at the perfect time! They say that happens right? So, it is my first time trying Whole 30 and am on Day 7 (officially). I weened off chocolate, cake and allllll the holiday rich goodies the week before as I was anticipating severe withdrawal .. so my first week has been pretty good! You and your fab insta stories are soooo inspiring and motivating. I start and end my days watching your stories now or reading your incredibly visually breathtaking recipes! What an amazing community this is that you have around you. I’m loving it all!! Looking so forward to trying lots of your recipes and staying on track….on the road to a better version of myself.
