So many people have asked about this Slicer, so I wanted to make it easy for you. As many of you have seen in my own kitchen, this amazing Slicer is an everyday appliance for me. Classically people use it for meat and cheese, but I use it for many things related to gluten-free cooking…jicama tacos, sweet potato rounds, zucchini planks, to name a few. Basically, it’s the best $100 I ever spent. Click on the image and get one of your own from amazon.
Spiralizing is so much fun. Since I like a Paleoish way of eating, this is a spectacular replacement for noodles. It’s so much fun to stick the zucchini or yellow squash, or sweet potato and turn it into zoodles. It takes some practice getting used to, but it’s a fun way to change up every day cooking
Anybody who knows me knows that I am a girl that loves using a mason jar. I prefer to store my food in glass rather than plastic. I store everything from soup to sauces and everything in between. I also love this for making mayo and Caesar dressing with an immersion blender. I often give away food and never worry about giving away this jar since it’s so inexpensive.
I adore my Vitamix and have had one for over 20 years. From soups and sauces, to smoothies and blending some of my Teri’s Magic Elixirs, this is well worth the investment.
Zwilling Knives are my favorite. They are amazing work horses and make every day cooking more fun. My philosophy is don’t ever put it in the dishwasher. This rocking Santoku is perfect with everything.
I adore this little prep knife. It’s so perfect for little tasks. Get two and give one to a friend because it’s a great hostess gift.
All Clad roasting pans are my favorite for a stainless option. They are absolutely ideal for roasts and my heroine chicken. You might find this hard to believe but I love it so much that I have three.
If you’re looking for something for a small family or a perfect sauce pan, this is it. What I absolutely love is that it has no corners and a slope going down, which is ideal for cooking. I love the wide mouth too.
If you’re looking for a pasta pot or a small soup pot this is a dream. So beautiful and such state-of-the-art cookware. I’ve given it for gifts and people love them.
