This is a family favorite and is often requested for birthdays and special occasions. I like to make it easy for myself and have Dirk’s Fish & Gourmet Shop cook and shell the lobster. (Keep in mind that it’s the same price whether you do it yourself or ask Dirk to help and in general this is a service that fish shops are happy to provide at no extra charge.) We have half gluten-free and half gluten-full in the family so we always make two versions.
